Following the release of the NEC Conflict Avoidance Paper – Oraculum Consulting released our own Conflict Avoidance Protocol. Our protocol is proactive, collaborative and contains measures that really help build an understanding between parties from the very start of the contract, that helps drastically reduce the risk of conflict.

Our protocol requires the addition of no Z clauses and although designed around NEC, it is flexible enough to be incorporated into many form of contract.
